Perfect location, clean, and comfortable! Had an issue with the WiFi and JT called and helped us solve it quickly. Very kind and responsive. I would love to stay again!

This beach house was an absolute dream! Located just a short stroll from the sparkling Gulf Shores coastline, it offered the perfect blend of luxury and laid-back charm. Every detail in the home was clearly curated with care—from beach gear and canal essentials to cozy indoor touches that made us feel instantly at ease. We especially loved starting our mornings kayaking through the peaceful canal—a serene experience that added a unique twist to our beach vacation. JT was a phenomenal host, always quick to respond and genuinely thoughtful. It’s clear he takes pride in making sure guests have everything they need—and then some! Already counting down the days until we can return to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone wanting relaxation with a splash of adventure.

We had a great stay at Sandpiper 2! My fiancé and I took the trip down from Atlanta with another couple and were comfortable the entire time. The house had everything we needed and the beach was a short walk away. Being so close to the restaurants like The Hangout made walking to dinner very comfortable. JT was extremely responsive and even checked in daily to make sure we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay here again on our next beach vacation!

JT was a great host and his property was exactly what we needed for an amazing girls weekend away. We rotted on the beach, relaxed at the house, cooked our meals in a well stocked and clean kitchen. We had a great time and would recommend JT and his house to anyone looking for a walkable, local feel.

We enjoyed our stay and was very happy with the house. JT responded within a reasonable amount of time when we got in touch with him. The host thought of everything to accommodate guests even having extension cords on both sides of the beds and in the living room. Having the beach chairs available to use was great. The location of the house was within walking distance of food, souvenir shops but especially the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gulf Shores. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the beach and great restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing with plenty of space for our family. The house was nicely decorated and had a great beach feeling. We would recommend staying here for a fun time at the beach.

This little beach house is a gem! It was spotlessly clean and better than the photos. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, and restaurants and shops are also walkable. My kids enjoyed the yard and canal as well as the kayaks, sand toys, and cornhole game. The deck is great too. It was a relaxing and fun stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. Beautiful area next to the canal and a short walk to the beach. Beds were so comfy and the deck area is so nice and relaxing! J.T was great, he let us add an extra night and was also able to accommodate an early check in! He was very responsive and helpful and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely worth the money! We had an amazing stay!

Absolutely loved the house . Perfect location ! Close enough to walk to things but far enough not to hear the noise! Best beach house we have stayed at hands down. Many amenities,super clean, easily accessible,beautiful well decorated. Would recommend 10/10!
